At VeroHealth Breastpumps, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the personal nature of our products and health regulations, certain guidelines apply to cancellations and returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge prior to shipment. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Return Policy and Process

1. Policy Overview

  • Breast pumps are non-returnable due to hygienic and medical safety reasons.
  • If the breast pump is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must contact VEROHEALTH immediately for assistance.
  • Accessories or non-hygienic products are eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Eligibility Checklist

Before initiating a return, confirm the following:

  • The product is eligible for return (non-hygienic items only).
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3. Steps to Return via Mail

  1. Contact VEROHEALTH Support:

    1. Email support@verohealthbreastpumps.com  or call (888) 922-0094 to request a return.

    2. Provide: Order Number, Reason for return (e.g., damaged, incorrect product), Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

  2. Receive USPS Return Label:

    1. Once your return is approved, VEROHEALTH will email you a prepaid USPS return label.

  3. Prepare Your Return:

    1. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

    2. Include a copy of your Return Authorization (RA) number inside the package.

  4. Ship the Product:

    1. Attach the USPS return label to the package.

    2. Drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup through USPS.

  5. Refund or Exchange Processing:

    1. Once the item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

    2. Exchanges will be shipped within 5 business days of return approval.

4. Warranty Claims for Breast Pumps

  1. For defective breast pumps under warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly.

  2. VEROHEALTH can assist with providing warranty resources.
